Eva Zheng Portfolio
I help teams turn recurring operational chaos into workflows, tools, and automations that are easier to track, hand off, and maintain.
About Eva
My background began in video production operations, where quoting, scheduling, crew coordination, on-site delivery, payments, and reporting all had to stay connected. That experience shaped how I design systems today: practical, traceable, and easy for teams to keep using.
What I Help Teams Organize
Map how the team works today, then clarify roles, data sources, handoff points, and operating rules that are easy to maintain.
Organize project kickoff, data structure, task boards, progress tracking, and status visibility so PMs know what needs attention next.
Design clear logic for quotes, costs, income, expenses, payments, labor reports, and monthly summaries.
Turn workflow needs into usable forms, spreadsheets, automations, internal tools, or Web Apps.
Selected Cases
I helped a small video production team organize the recurring blockers across 6-8 monthly projects, turning kickoff, tasks, files, crew availability, billing, and accounting into one system the team could use every day.
I turned wide, hard-to-read production spreadsheets into a readable, filterable, and live-synced Web App, helping performance and production teams work from the same flow data.
How I Work
Work Together
If your team relies on spreadsheets, forms, project boards, and chat tools for repeated work, I can help turn them into a more stable, trackable workflow.
